Jump Support is our session dedicated for individuals with additional needs or disabilities. Check when these sessions are running by visiting our location pages

The price of admission includes one jumper and one carer.

Please Note:

  • When booking this session online every 1 jumper you book for is equivalent to one jumper and carer.
  • Everyone jumping in our Jump 360 centre must be wearing special Jump 360 grip socks, which are priced at £2.50. These socks are a vital way to reduce the risk of injury and must also be worn for hygiene reasons. Once purchased, Jump 360 grip socks can be re-used on future visits to Jump 360.

Can’t Attend A Jump Support Session due to when it’s on?

Don’t worry! Guests with additional needs are welcome to come on any of our general sessions (as long as they are 4 or older!). If you wish to attend a general session we can provide a golden V.I.P wristband in addition to the coloured wristband for their session, alerting our court marshals that this individual may require extra care or attention. The carer(s) are given a golden V.I.P wrist band to signify that although they are not taking part in the Jump session, they have been cleared to enter the arena and supervise/ assist when needed. Our general rules state that there should only be one person on a trampoline bed at any one given time. However we understand some guests will require one-on-one assistance with their carer on the trampoline, in these situations we will accommodate in any way possible. If you require any further information please don’t hesitate to give our reception team a call who will be happy to provide further information.
