Jump 360 is an exciting and exhilarating indoor trampoline park experience like nothing you have ever seen before! By injecting a new lease of life into unused warehouses we have brought an exciting new trampoline experience to the North East where people can Jump for all sorts of reasons!
Have fun with friends at Jump Around, provide your little ones with walls that they can safely bounce off with Jump Junior or lead a healthier lifestyle with Jump Fit. Whatever your reason to Jump, be sure to Jump with us for an unforgettable time.
If you cannot find the answer you are looking for in our Frequently Asked Questions please do not hesitate to send us a email or alternatively contact one of our reception teams.
Jump 360 takes pride in providing a safe environment for all of our guests. There are a few rules that must be followed to enable us to do so. By following our simple rules and procedures, guests can have a fun and rewarding visit to Jump 360 whilst minimising the risk of injuries occurring.
Before Jumping:
All customers must read and sign a waiver. This will provide you with some information about the potential risks of trampolining. You will also watch a short safety briefing video, which will educate you on how to minimise these risks, and enjoy your session to the fullest potential.
All customers bouncing must also be wearing a pair of Jump 360’s special grip socks when using the trampoline facilities. These grip socks help improve bouncers grip in the trampoline arena. These help reduce the risk of injury and help keep the trampoline area more hygienic. Grip socks cost £2.50 a pair and once purchased can be re-used for future visits to Jump 360.
During your session:
Throughout your session our fully trained Jump Operatives will be manning the trampoline park to make sure that everyone is Jumping safely and following the rules and regulations. Our prime concern is safety, if any person is found to be abusing the facilities and putting themselves or others at risk we reserve the right to eject you from your session with no refund given.
Information For guests With Additional Requirements:
Here at Jump 360 we pride ourselves on providing facilities to people of all abilities. We allow carers to accompany those that need a little extra help, free of charge. We do require some evidence that care is needed (Such as proof of DLA, Carers ID) and for safety reasons all carers must be aged 18 and above. Please note that carers who are attending sessions free of charge, are there to assist those that need it and should not use the activities themselves. If you are booking online, there is no need to book a space for a carer, just book for the person requiring assistance who will be attending the session and bring along the required evidence and you will be allowed to assist during the booked session. If you require any other information about carers, please call the Reception team at the centre you wish to visit.
