If you cannot find the answer you are looking for in our Frequently Asked Questions please do not hesitate to send us a email or alternatively contact one of our reception teams.

How old do you have to be to jump?
At Jump 360 the minimum age to bounce is 4 for our regular Jump sessions. We do however host toddler sessions (Jump Junior) for those under this age and their parents.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend customers book online before they arrive to avoid disappointment, as our sessions fill up very quickly, especially during peak times. We do have some walk in spaces if you wish to book on arrival, however these are limited and there is no guarantee we will have spaces available when you arrive.
When do I need to arrive?
We suggest arriving 20 minutes before the session starts. This allows for plenty of time to check in, especially during Peak times.
What happens if I’m late?
If you are late you will lose your jump slot. If we have spaces available you may be allowed to join a later session. This depends on how busy the sessions are and is subject to the discretion of the management.
If I am not bouncing do I have to pay and where will I go?
Adults that are not jumping do not have to bounce and can enjoy the café located upstairs.
Must I sign a waiver?
Yes. Everyone must sign a waiver before entering and bouncing at Jump 360. If you are under the age of 18 this must be completed by a parent or guardian. Once a waiver is completed it lasts for 12 months. We strongly recommend you complete a waiver before arrival.
Can you bounce without a parent or guardian?
Anyone over the age of 16 will be able to jump without a parent (as long as the waiver has been completed for them by a parent or guardian over the age of 18), however anyone below this age must have a guardian/ parent on the premises.
What should I wear?
All Jump 360 bouncers should wear comfortable clothes such as shorts and tracksuits. No clothing should have sharp points such as belt buckles nor should you bring any sharp objects into the arena (jewellery, key chains etc.). This is for your own health and safety.

Jump 360 Grip Socks must be worn at all times at Jump360 for health and safety reasons. These are available at our reception for £2.50 and can be reused on future sessions.

Please note, we would advise customers not to wear football tops/kits.
What happens if I lose my socks?
Jump 360 Grip Socks must be worn at all times at Jump 360 for health and safety reasons. These are priced at £2.50 and once purchased can be re-used on future visits to Jump 360. If you have lost a pair another pair will be available at reception for £2.50.
Do you have parking?
Yes. Jump 360 has car parking spaces with over 100 car parking spaces available.
Do you have lockers?
Lockers are available at Jump 360. These require £1 to use (but this is returned to you once you are finished using it). Ask our reception team for more details.
Can I bring my own food?
No. Due to Jump 360’s health and safety rules in catering we do not allow any food or drinks from outside onto the premises (apart from baby food).
What is your Off-Peak/Peak times?
Off Peak times are from Monday to Thursday at School Term Times according to the local council. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and any School Holiday times are classed as Peak times.
Do you have wheelchair access?
We have a lift that provides access to the upstairs café and viewing area at our Newcastle centre. Our Hartlepool and Stockton sites unfortunately do not have a lift, but there are downstairs seating available and our staff can provide table service for any food or drink orders if required.
Can I jump if I am pregnant?
No. Jump 360 has a strict policy against pregnant women jumping in our arena. This is to ensure the safety of the unborn baby and the adult.
Is my booking transferable or refundable?
All bookings are non-refundable. Bookings can be transferred to a different date if we are given at least 24 hours’ notice.

Party deposits are non-refundable. You can transfer the date of your party if you give us at least 7 days’ notice.

Jump 360 takes pride in providing a safe environment for all of our guests. There are a few rules that must be followed to enable us to do so. By following our simple rules and procedures, guests can have a fun and rewarding visit to Jump 360 whilst minimising the risk of injuries occurring.

Before Jumping:

All customers must read and sign a waiver. This will provide you with some information about the potential risks of trampolining. You will also watch a short safety briefing video, which will educate you on how to minimise these risks, and enjoy your session to the fullest potential.

All customers bouncing must also be wearing a pair of Jump 360’s special grip socks when using the trampoline facilities. These grip socks help improve bouncers grip in the trampoline arena. These help reduce the risk of injury and help keep the trampoline area more hygienic. Grip socks cost £2.50 a pair and once purchased can be re-used for future visits to Jump 360.

During your session:

Throughout your session our fully trained Jump Operatives will be manning the trampoline park to make sure that everyone is Jumping safely and following the rules and regulations. Our prime concern is safety, if any person is found to be abusing the facilities and putting themselves or others at risk we reserve the right to eject you from your session with no refund given.

Information For guests With Additional Requirements:

Here at Jump 360 we pride ourselves on providing our facilities to people of all abilities. For guests who require additional assistance we provide a golden V.I.P wrist band in addition to the coloured wristband for their session, alerting our court marshals that this individual may require extra care or attention. The carer/s are given a golden V.I.P wrist band to signify that although they are not taking part in the Jump session, they have been cleared to enter the arena and supervise/ assist when needed. Our general rules state that there should only be one person on a trampoline bed at any one given time. However we understand some guests will require  one-on-one assistance with their carer on the trampoline, in these situations we will accommodate in any way possible. If you require any further information please don’t hesitate to give our reception team a call who will be happy to provide further information.
